I will graduate in less than 4 days. I have one final left. After one of the roughest weeks ever last week, projects everyday,turning it all in late. Ugh. Everything is so confusing now.
The weather was beautiful yesterday, we grilled last night. The burgers were petty good. I also had a decent back workout as well:
machine pullovers 5 sets
wide curl pulldowns 4 sets
tbar rows 4 sets
hammer seated row 7x7
wide pulldowns 4 sets
upright rows 3 sets
bent cable laterals 3 sets
tricep pusdown 4 sets
bent tricp pushdowns 4 sets
I did not use any new weights, or do any new reps. Luckily I was able to just stay in the same ranges as the last time I was in there...??? whenever that was. My lower back is still giving me problems, so no rack pulls or deads. I spent a lot of time foam rolling last night, and first thing when I woke this morning.

Sunday.
Well, it is the third and final day of super bulldawg weekend. It was pretty good. The only real event I experienced was the concert, and a Brian Michael's burger. I did have an amazing leg workout friday, hit 275 on squats for the first time in a while. I was proud of that. My form is so much better now than when I hit 325 2 years ago. I feel better squatting 275 than I did a year ago. I have really focused on my squatting and deadlift work. I have really improved, I can tell because my butt has gotten hyuge.
