Well, it is the third and final day of super bulldawg weekend. It was pretty good. The only real event I experienced was the concert, and a Brian Michael's burger. I did have an amazing leg workout friday, hit 275 on squats for the first time in a while. I was proud of that. My form is so much better now than when I hit 325 2 years ago. I feel better squatting 275 than I did a year ago. I have really focused on my squatting and deadlift work. I have really improved, I can tell because my butt has gotten hyuge.
