Just sat down. I have been at the studio since 9, rendering my ob section. It took that long. I have one more to render, and one more to draw.... and perspectives. Slay me now. I will need to put all of that together, into a nice pretty document (it will be hygue). I also need to start doing my opportunity district plan. That will be interesting. Oh, and a kijillillionbillion other stuff.
Managed to attempt going to the gym tonight, but was caught up and left early to go to church. I accomplished:
leg extensions-4 sets
lying leg curls- 4 sets
conventional squats- i did my first work set of 185 and had to leave, who know what lbs I could had done. I was a little tired and my hips were sore from sprinting at the softball game monday in the cold....no proper warm up or stretching, dumb me.
I just feel so hungry and tired all of the time these days. My learning skills book says it is a way that I procrastinate. orrrr.... I am taking 19 hours, 17 of which are studio hours, and I have a crap ton of work all the time. I try to do all of that, then miss meals, and miss an hour or two of sleep here or there. I then will go to the gym every 3 or 4 days (if am lucky), burn up what little conserved energy I have, then crash and binge and crash.
